Strategies for self-promotion - perspectives from women in leadership

As much as organizations have an obligation to ensure diversity and inclusion in the workplace, women also have a responsibility to identify opportunities, self-promote and position themselves for senior leadership roles where they are typically underrepresented.

Paradigms are shifting in the workplace, dynamics are changing – it’s not about a lack of opportunities anymore, it’s about being able to seize them.
