Exhibitor Press Opportunities
In 2012, Informex will once again to offer our exhibitors with exceptional access to key global trade and business journalists. Informex is able to guarantee this presence by offering visiting editors with direct access to quality news items to cover and pertinent information regarding the latest industry news and trends.
The Informex Press Office will be run by Impress Labs, the public relations firm which supports the event. This area is reserved exclusively for members of the press and serves as a data center, office and meeting place for editors who are working on-site during Informex. All exhibitors are invited to drop off Press Packs for display in this area. Exhibitors are also invited to reserve time to hold a Press Conference. All editors receive daily schedule and are encouraged to attend exhibitor Press Conferences.

Press Packs
Exhibitors are encouraged to leave press releases and other pertinent company news bundled into press packs for display in the Press Office. The packs are made available to all attending media representatives and offer a way to get news directly to the source. To ensure coverage in the Press Office, please provide 20-30 copies of your recent press release(s) and news items contained either in folders or on USB sticks. You may drop these off to the Press Office, located at Room 240 at any time beginning the day before the show and throughout the show.

In addition to the press packs for the Press Office, Informex offers exhibitors with the opportunity to promote their news. Informex exhibitors may send this information to informex@informex.com.
Show Daily
The Show Daily in an onsite publication featuring news and industry updates from show management and exhibitors, as well as useful information about the venue and surrounding area. Exhibitors are invited to submit relevant Show Daily news stories for inclusion in the printed and online distributions throughout Informex. To be considered for inclusion in Show Daily, please send a 300-600 word story on your company, new technology or other newsworthy item directly to editor.informex.showdaily@gmail.com. The deadline for content submission is January 23, 2012.
Press Conference
Press conferences are held every half hour from Wednesday to Friday in Room 240. An up-to-date schedule with current bookings and available slots can be found here: http://www.informex.com/usa-press-briefing. These conferences offer the opportunity to present your company information, an update on business, acquisitions and mergers, or make an announcement regarding a new product, service or technology. The press is continuously notified and encouraged to attend the daily conferences taking place. And they do! Availability is limited, so please reserve your time slot today by emailing Richard Kerns with your preferred times.
