Please be cautious to only use the approved Official Contractor. Non-official contractors will not have access on the show floor.

Dear Exhibitor,

Welcome to InformexUSA, set to take place February 14-17, 2012, in New Orleans, LA.

To make this show as successful and trouble-free as possible, we have prepared this Online Exhibitor Manual to assist you in your pre-show planning. Please make sure you refer to our ‘Important Deadlines’ as placing your orders on time will allow you to take advantage of any advance pricing available.

Some important things to remember:

Please be advised that once again, the complimentary standard booth package will be available to you UPON REQUEST. Make sure to order your booth package prior to January 13, 2012. Past the deadline a fee of $429.53 will apply.The Complimentary Booth Package Order Form can be found under SECTION 1 of this manual.
Move-In days are February 12, 13 and 14. No early move-In will be allowed.
Take advantage of our specially discounted rates at some of the areas best hotels. These rates are exclusive to InformexUSA exhibitors and attendees. Reservations can be made through our web site at http://www.informex.com/hotels.

Although, you have access to most of the information / order forms by clicking on ‘Show Information’, you will need to set up an account to access the online ordering system:

Click on ‘Sign Up to Order’
Go to ‘Account Set Up’ and ‘Register Now’ in the right hand menu.
You will be prompted to enter your information
When prompted to select your show, simply enter ‘Informex’ in the search box.
