Booth Options

At Informex USA, high level purchasing decision makers of pharmaceutical and fine chemical products/services walk the show floor every year in search of new business solutions. Purchasing a booth at Informex will allow future customers to review your location and company information before setting foot at the show, ultimately allowing you the best exposure to the top attendees.

Stand sharing company* $500 each

One stand sharer is allowed per 200 sq. feet. Please submit a separate application for each sharing company. Net difference fees apply when space contracting company is SOCMA member and the sharer is not a SOCMA member.

*To qualify for the member discount, SOCMA 2012 Membership Dues must be paid at time of signing this contract, and 2013 dues must be paid prior to January 1, 2013. Member companies must be headquartered in the US or have significant manufacturing operations (not just offices) to qualify for the discounted rate.
 

Booth Rental includes:

  • 1 booth staff registration per 100 sq. feet
  • 2 plastic chairs (inlines only)
  • 3 foot high side drape and 8 foot high rear draped back wall (inlines only)
  • 1 skirted 6 foot table (inlines only)
  • 1 120v/500 watt electrical outlet (inlines only)
  • 1 waste basket and one company ID sign (inlines only)
  • Company description and contact details printed in Informex Show Guide and on Informex.com-2013 exhibitor directory.
