Showcases will take place in 6-8 rooms. Exhibitor Showcases: 9am-12pm, 2-5pm 15 minutes each, $525 Technology Showcases Monday, February 7, 2011 Charlotte Convention Center Similar in format to the Exhibitor Showcases, Technology Showcases are designed to focus on a company’s: NEW cutting edge technologies NEW technologies available for licensing or commercialization Technology Showcases: 9am-12pm, 2-5pm, $525 Click here for the technology showcase application form. Show Floor Meeting Rooms These 20’x20’ rooms can be used for private meetings with your clients and are available for use during show hours, Tuesday-Thursday. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 20’ x 20’ rooms consist of the following: conference table and chairs for 10 people black lettered sign with company name carpet overhead lighting $5,250 Click here for the show floor meeting room application form. Convention Center Meeting Rooms The convention center meeting rooms can be used for private meetings with your clients and are available for use Monday-Thursday. The price for any of the rooms is: $2,500 for the room, without furniture $5,250 for the room, with a conference table and chairs for 10 people All rooms will be furnished with a 22x28 sign with the company logo, to be placed right outside the door.
