1. InformexTV
Informex and ICIS present a new opportunity to enhance your company’s impact at Informex 2009. InformexTV is a daily broadcast of event related news and interviews. A 20 minute continuous loop will be broadcast on flat screen TV monitors throughout these strategic locations- Registration Area, Breakfast and Lunch catering area on show floor, Main Lobby and individual rooms of the host hotel. 2. Interactive Lounge & Wifi Sponsorship
This is one of the most requested and popular sponsorships among attendees. Open to everyone, the interactive lounge is available to conveniently check or send email from the show floor. The wifi sponsorship includes your company’s splash page when attendees log into the complimentary wifi access in the Moscone South Convention Center. Sponsorship will be highlighted by onsite signage, in the showguide and on our website.

3. Networking Breakfasts and Lunches
What sets Informex apart from the competition? We offer our attendees and exhibitors easily accessible, complimentary breakfasts and lunches to maximize their time on the show floor. This is one of our highest profile sponsorships.

-Four 22 x 28 signs featuring company logo and booth number

4. Registration Sponsorship
Gain maximum exposure when your company becomes the first dominant brand every attendee will see in the registration area (includes artwork on 20 registration counters and on registration computer screens).

5. Welcome Reception: SOLD
Help break the ice and warm up the Informex crowd as show activities kick-off with this well-attended reception. On Tuesday evening, immediately following the exhibit showcases.

Included in the price:
-Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served.
-Your company logo displayed on signage at the reception.
-Your company logo and booth number printed on the napkins and cups at the food and beverage stations.
-Opportunity to have a company representative address the audience.

6. Attendee Tote Bag Insert
This sponsorship will reach every attendee. Supply us with at least 4,500 pieces of your 1 to 2-page brochure, CD, promotional item, etc. and we will include it in the bags attendees received at registration.
Insert is subject to show management approval

7. Lanyards/Badge Holders
This opportunity will get your company recognized on the spot. The neck cord/lanyard is given to every attendee with his/her badge and your company name and booth number will be printed on every one. Also included is a badge holder printed insert (company supplies 4-color copy).

8. Hotel Key Cards
Create an eye catching company design on the key cards distributed during the event to the over 500 attendees who stay at the headquarter hotel.

9. Tote Bags
Every attendee will receive an InformexUSA canvas tote bag filled with exhibition materials. Your logo/message will be prominently placed on one side of the bag up to 8-1/2 x 12.

10. Mezzanine Meeting Rooms
These mezzanine level meeting rooms can be used for private meetings with your clients and are available for use Monday-Thursday. Rooms range in size from 220 sq ft to 1020 sq ft.

The price for any of the rooms is:

• $2,500 for the room, without furniture
• $4,800 for the room, with a conference table and chairs for 10 people

All rooms will be furnished with a 22x28 sign with the company logo, to be placed right outside the door.

11. Show Floor Meeting Rooms
These 20’x20’ rooms can be used for private meetings with your clients and are available for use during show hours. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

20’ x 20’ rooms consist of the following:
-conference table and chairs for 10 people
-black lettered sign with company name
-carpet
-overhead lighting (add’l lighting on request)

12. Exhibitor Showcases

InformexUSA Exhibitor Showcases provide companies with a 15-minute platform to give presentations to rooms filled to capacity with attendees interested in your products, services and innovations. Showcases will take place in 6-8 rooms.

Similar in format to the Exhibitor Showcases, Technology Showcases are designed to focus on a company’s:
