1. SHOW LOCATION
The exhibits for InformexUSA will be held at the Moscone South Convention Center in San Francisco. The Moscone South Convention Center is located on Howard Street between 3rd and 4th street.
 
2. SHOW HOURS

Monday, January 26                          8 am – 5 pm
Tuesday, January 27                          7:30 am – 5 pm
Wednesday, January 28                     7:30 am – 5 pm
Thursday, January 29                       8 am – 5 pm
Friday, January 30                             8 am – 12noon
 
4. MOVE-IN/INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS         
Monday, January 26                               8 am - 5 pm
Tuesday, January 27                              8 am - 5 pm
 
·         All exhibits must be completed by 5 pm Tuesday, January 27.
·         All aisles must be clear of exhibit materials and crates, by 3 pm Tuesday.
·         All components yet to be installed must be confined within the exhibitors' booth space.
·         All exhibit personnel must leave the exhibit floor by 5 pm.
 
                      REMINDER: All unfinished sides or raw edges of your display that can be seen from any side must
                      be covered with drape. When building your display it is important to finish all raw edges OR order
                      pipe & drape in advance. If your booth is found in violation during a final walk through of the exhibit
                      hall, the exhibitor will be responsible for pipe & drape charges ordered by show management.

IMPORTANT
Please note that a number of exhibitor are located in the LIFO Area (Last In First Out Area). Please make sure you refer to the Inbound Freight Target Assignments or Target Floor Plan page to see if your stand is located in that area (TAB 5 of this Manual under the Material Handling section).
If you are located in that area, note that the approximate delivery time for your freight is Tuesday, January 27 between 5pm and 8pm. Note that we are extending the hours until which you will be able to set up your stand until 10pm.

   
5. MOVE-OUT/DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS
Friday, January 30                                 12 pm – 8 pm*
Saturday, January 31                             8 am – 12noon**
 
*Exhibitors who dismantle before 12:00 Noon, will not be permitted to exhibit at InformexUSA 2010.
 
** All exhibit material must be cleared by 12noon, Saturday, January 31, 2009.
