What are the official hours of the trade show?
 • Wednesday, January 28 9 am - 5 pm
 • Thursday, January 29  9 am - 5 pm
 • Friday, January 30  9 am – 12Noon
 
When can I begin to set up my booth?
 • Monday, January 26  8 am - 5 pm
 • Tuesday, January 27  8 am - 5 pm
NOTE: Absolutely no early move-ins will be allowed.

How many complimentary exhibitor representatives does my booth contract include?
 • One (1) complimentary exhibitor representative per 10' X 10' space (i.e. if your company has a 10' X 20' booth, you will receive two complimentary exhibitor passes)

What is included in the basic registration fee?
 • Admission to the Exhibits
 • Breakfast and lunch on the days the show floor is open
 • Networking Roundtables
 • Welcome & Networking Receptions
 • Complimentary WiFi in the Convention Center Lobby

What is included in my standard booth package?
 • A standard in-line 10' X 10' booth will include:    
 o 3 foot high side drape dividers (blue)    
 o 8 foot high drape backwall (blue, white, blue)    
 o 1 skirted table (blue)    
 o 2 plastic chairs    
 o 1 wastepaper basket    
 o 1 120v/500 watt electrical outlet
 o (you will be charged for electrical usage over 500 watts)        
 o Company Identification sign
 
 • Island booths consist of space only.
