DEAR EXHIBITOR: Welcome to InformexUSA, happening January 28 – 30, 2009, in beautiful San Francisco! Please pass this link on to the person directly responsible for coordinating your exhibit set up—it’s really important to take a quick look through each section. Pollution and carbon emissions have worked to move our planet along the road to irrevocable damage at an increasingly alarming rate. The events industry is one of the world’s worst offenders when it comes to generating refuse and pollution. Posting the document on the InformexUSA.com website will allow exhibitors to access it from any computer, anywhere in the world. Additionally, the online manual will make finding necessary forms much easier. Not only is the printed version wasteful because of printing and mailing, but it is also quickly outdated following the event. An electronic manual can be easily and quickly updated as changes happen leading up to the show and afterwards for the next year’s event. Sincerely,
