There is now a new way to reach the Informex audience year-round, with online product showcase presentations! Modeled after our popular on-site showcases but available to all other visitors of Informex.com after the event, when they have more time and can hear your presentation at their convenience.  

The recorded presentation consists of synchronized powerpoint slides with the spoken comments from the presenter. The presentations can be viewed at anytime throughout the year from www.informex.com and www.whatsnewinpharma.com (our new year-round information website for the pharmaceutical industry). Thousands of viewers can view at once.  Viewers can download documents and view relevant urls. Viewers are required to register to watch (for free), it’s easy to use and a great educational tool. 

We will market your ‘recorded presentation’ in the following ways:

• After Informex we will send an email to our entire database (> 11,000 entries) to encourage our community to view the online exhibitor showcases.
• We will run banners on www.whatsnewinpharma.com and www.informex.com promoting the online product showcases

With InformexUSA 2008 coming up so quickly, we thought it would be a great time to draw attention to some of the items going on before and during this years show.

• First Annual Informex Gala Dinner: More and more people and companies are being representated each day at the Gala Dinner. View a list on our website of some of the companies involved, as well as a floorplan of the current table arrangement. Sign-ups to join this fabulous event will take place up until that evening on-site in New Orleans.
• Exhibitor and Technology Showcase Presentations: Taking place on the Tuesday before the show officially opens, January 29th, a schedule of these presentations is now available online. The schedule allows viewers to click on a specific exhibitor to view more details about their speaker and presentation.
• Online Networking Center: For those who are registered to attend Informex, the online networking center is buzzing with activity. Find contacts, email securly through our system, and schedule appointments all quickly and easily. Even print your itinerary to bring with you to the show.
• Networking Roundtables, Hosted by Scientific Update: This years networking roundtable discussions will be presented and moderated by the experts at Scientific Update. These will take place alongside the exhibitor showcase presentations, and will bring together industry experts to discuss certain topics. This years topics and descriptions are available on our website.
• New Orleans Travel Information: For your convenience, we have a section on our website with travel ideas and suggestions for New Orleans. From weather forecasts to restaurants and shopping, check out this tips before you head to the show.
• Hotel Booking: You can still book your hotels for InformexUSA if you havent already done so. Some of the area hotels are currently sold out of rooms at the special Informex rate, but rooms still remain at the Spring HIll Suites and Lowes Hotel, both within walking distance to the convention center!
