A: Admission to the show
Breakfast and lunch on the days the show floor is open
Admission to the Exhibitor & Technology Showcase presentations (taking place at Moscone Center South Tuesday, January 27th)

Q: How do I request a Visa Letter of Invitation?
A: Invitation letters are for each petitioner’s individual use only and are not transferable. The organizers of Informex 2009 will not issue blanket, group or family letters. The organizers of Informex 2009 will also not issue letters for individuals under the age of 18. This letter is for registered international attendees and exhibitors only and full registration costs and exhibition payment must be received prior to invitation letter issuance.

The requirements and amount of time needed to obtain an U.S. visa will vary from country to country. We recommend that you obtain your visa no later than 3 weeks from the event. Last-minute visa applications run the risk of not being approved in time for the event by the US Embassy or Consulate.

Q: When can I register to attend the Informex 2009?
A: Registration will be live on the website starting Monday August 4, 2008.

WIRELESS ACCESS
Q: Will there be wireless internet access at the show?
A: Wireless access is available on the concourse of the convention center. Feel free to access the internet through your wireless device during show hours Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
There is no technical support for the wireless access. If you are unfamiliar with configuring wireless access or for any reason cannot connect using these settings, you can instead use the computer already configured to access the internet in the Interactive Lounge located on site.
