InformexUSA 2010 will take place at the Moscone Convention Center, San Francisco, February 16-19, 2010. Informex is the only trade show in the US dedicated to the fine & speciality chemical markets, with a particular focus on custom chemical manufacturing. The US event brings together over 500 exhibitors and 4000 attendees, and is filled with opportunities to meet new partners and suppliers. The marketing sectors represented at Informex are fine & specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, paints & coatings, biotech, cosmetics, plastics/polymers, flavors & fragrances, adhesives, electronics, dyes, food & beverages, personal care and electronics.

Q: What is included in the basic registration fee?
A: Admission to the show
Breakfast and lunch on the days the show floor is open
Admission to the Exhibitor & Technology Showcase presentations
Admission to two (2) Networking Receptions
Access to the Informex Attendee Database/Networking Center
Q: How do I request a Visa Letter of Invitation?
A: Invitation letters are for each petitioner’s individual use only and are not transferable. The organizers of Informex 2010 will not issue blanket, group or family letters. The organizers of Informex 2010 will also not issue letters for individuals under the age of 18. This letter is for registered international attendees and exhibitors only and full registration costs and exhibition payment must be received prior to invitation letter issuance.
The requirements and amount of time needed to obtain an U.S. visa will vary from country to country. We recommend that you obtain your visa no later than 3 weeks from the event. Last-minute visa applications run the risk of not being approved in time for the event by the US Embassy or Consulate.

A: Wireless access is available on the concourse of the convention center. Feel free to access the internet through your wireless device during show hours Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
