Informex is the premier North American trade show dedicated to the fine & speciality chemical markets, with a particular focus on custom chemical manufacturing. A: Admission to the show Breakfast and lunch on the days the show floor is open Admission to the Exhibitor & Technology Showcase presentations Admission to two (2) Networking Receptions Q: How do I request a Visa Letter of Invitation? A: Invitation letters are for each petitioner’s individual use only and are not transferable. The organizers of Informex 2011 will not issue blanket, group or family letters. The organizers of Informex 2011 will also not issue letters for individuals under the age of 18. This letter is for registered international attendees and exhibitors only and full registration costs and exhibition payment must be received prior to invitation letter issuance. The requirements and amount of time needed to obtain an U.S. visa will vary from country to country. We recommend that you obtain your visa no later than 3 weeks from the event. Last-minute visa applications run the risk of not being approved in time for the event by the US Embassy or Consulate.
